The location was close to many restaurants and the underground stop so that part met my needs.
The room was far from soundproof I heard everything going on. The beds clearly had a past. It all felt a bit worn.

ali helped us settle in the room and check out was easy
i stayed in a room next to the shared bathroom the fan in the bathroom ran for 30 minutes after turning off the light sometimes the neighbors didn't turn off the lights at all the fan sound disturbed my sleep the walls felt thin i could hear people upstairs

the room was bigger than i expected and very clean!!! the shared bathroom was just steps away and super clean. i especially appreciated the warm welcome i received. the smart tv was a nice surprise!!!

The staff were cute and helpful, especially Ali. I appreciated how clean and tidy everything was. The location proved to be very convenient with short walks to transport. The room had everything needed, including ample space for luggage.
The WiFi signal experienced occasional drops. I hope this improves in the future.

Ali provided a friendly welcome. He thoroughly explained the entry process for my late return from a concert. The room offered unexpected quietness, given its location. I found the beds very comfy and the shower had warm water after my travels.
The wardrobe was a little wobbly. It could use some repair or removal. Otherwise, the room was quite suitable.
